Social credit overdraft and difficulty in guaranteeing network security have become prominent problems plaguing online consumers.

Although online rumors, unscrupulous planning, false online shopping, and commercial fraud occur in different paths, the lack of integrity, moral crisis, and indifference of conscience and indifference to care are all chilling and disrupting the order of the Internet. , harming social justice, and hindering the healthy development of the network society have become real problems that need to be solved urgently.

Guard the traditional virtues of China: Inner sincerity in the heart, outer trust in form

Since ancient times, China has pursued the way of honesty in governing the world. Analyzing honesty, from the literal meaning, "sincerity" focuses on inner cultivation, and "faith" focuses on behavioral norms. "Integrity" means sincerity in the heart and trust in the outside. Taking traditional culture into consideration, the topic of honesty is always fresh. Construct a network integrity ecology and promote socialist core values

Integrity is also an important connotation of the socialist core values. The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to "strengthen the construction of government integrity, business integrity, social integrity and judicial credibility".
